A friend of mine brought this to my baby shower and it was really good! I love this stuff!
1 - 8oz pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 - 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 - 1oz pkg. ranch style dressing mix
2 carrots, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 375.
Roll out crescent rolls onto a large non-stick baking sheet. Stretch and flatten to form a single rectangular shape on the baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 min, or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
In a medium bowl, mix cram cheese with 1/3 of the ranch dressing mix. Adjust the amount of dressing mix to taste. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange chopped vegetables on top (feel free to add as many veggies as you want, the more the better I think). Chill approx. 1 hour. Cut into bite-size squares to serve.

I recall having something like this at my bridal shower. It WAS good.
I'm glad you posted this, because I keep forgetting to post mine. It's the same, except the veggies are different. And its mostly just choose your own veggies anyway. Now I don't have to dig out my recipe!
I've made something very similar - but with Tuna fish (drained) in the cream cheese mixture. It makes it a bit more filling, and you barely notice the tuna.
