Popovers
I found this recipe in Nick Jr. Magazine, it's a really easy one to do with kids, and they turn out great!

Ingredients:
Cooking spray (like Pam)

3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs
2 Tablespoons butter melted
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup All-Purpose flour

Directions:
Spray muffin tin generously with Pam (they will stick if you don't use enough). Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Crack eggs in mixing bowl and beat with wire whisk. Add salt, milk, and melted butter and mix. Add flour and whisk until batter is smooth and without lumps. Fill muffin tin cups 3/4 way full. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes lower oven temp to 350 degrees and continue baking for 15-20 more minutes or until popovers are golden brown and puffy. Do not open oven during baking time or the popovers will not "pop." Serve with butter and jam or syrup.
