Quick Enchiladas

3/4 lb ground beef
2 c refried beans
12 tortillas
chili tomato sauce
1 med onion
salt and garlic to taste
2 c shredded cheese
olives

Brown beef and onion. Mix in beans and spices. Warm up sauce. Pour 1/2 of sauce in shallow 3 qt baking dish. Place 1/2 c of beef bean filling on each tortilla. Top with cheese and olives. Roll tortilla to enclose filling. Place flap side down into sauce in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas. Cover with more cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
