Yorkshire Pudding

Oven 425 degrees

Fill muffin tins 1/4 full with pan drippings - must be fat! Add a little butter to the fat if needed to stretch. Put into hot oven until bubbling.

Mix-
5 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk

Beat together until smooth. Pour into hot muffin cups until 2/3 full. Bake 30 minutes. When done serve with gravy. Pour gravy into hole of Yorkshire pudding.

There is a correction to this recipe. The muffin tins only need to be filled so that the bottom is completely covered. No more.
