Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
2 Tablespoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the corn syrup, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into inch-sized balls and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and barely press with fork. Bake 9-10 minutes or until edges are golden.
